We are Hiring Reservation Agent 

Bali Luxury Villas, firmly established for over 25 years as Bali’s premier Villa Management & Marketing company and brand for selected luxury private vacation villas, offers an exciting opportunity for a professional, self-motivated team player to fulfill the following position.

RESERVATION AGENT

Responsibilities:
· Handle villa reservations inquiries via our integrated reservations
system, chat, email and/or phone from point of inquiry to closure.
· Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer
satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Accommodation reservation & sales experience
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer operating knowledge & typing skills
Excellent English - written and spoken
Experience working in Villa Management Reservation is A Plus
