How to make Smoky Chipotle Crema Sauce
Chipotle is sauce made from adobo, dried and smoked jalapeño chili pepper spices, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
All of these ingredients are blended together for a smooth, smoky, slightly spicy and also refers to fast-casual restaurant chain original from Mexican cuisine, for all item grill sauce.
Perfect with: Grilled corn, fish tacos, and Mexican-style meats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
• 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
• 2 tbsp adobo sauce
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• Salt to taste

1. In a bowl, combine crema and minced chipotle peppers.
2. Whisk in adobo sauce, lime juice, and honey.
3. Add garlic, cilantro, and cumin.
