Job Highlights:
1. Specialty Sous Chef - Sushi:
• Oversee and elevate the sushi offerings, ensuring quality and presentation are of the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate new menu items and maintain the authenticity of the cuisine.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a team-oriented culture.
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Chef de Partie (CDP):
• Prepare and present dishes as per the restaurant’s high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Contribute to menu development and quality control.
