General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury property
- Educational background relevant to the position
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional certification (e.g. BNSP) is a plus
