We’re hiring for the following key roles in our Food & Beverage team:

Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager

This role supports the opening and daily operations of a farm-to-table restaurant, developed in partnership with a fine dining chef. The focus is on leading the team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Experience in fine dining or chef-led concepts is required.

Assistant Manager or Manager - In-Room Dining

You’ll lead our in-room dining operations with efficiency and care — ensuring seamless service and attention to detail at every step. A background in catering or events is a plus, with opportunities to contribute across the wider F&B strategy.

Sous Chef

This role supports the opening and daily culinary operations of a farm-to-table restaurant, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, uphold quality and consistency, and contribute to menu development. Experience in a farm-to-table dining kitchens is essential.

Bakery Chef

Responsible to lead our bakery operations from artisanal breads to signature breads, you’ll ensure every item reflects craftsmanship, seasonality, and consistency. This role calls for creativity, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of traditional and modern baking techniques. Experience in high-end or chef-driven bakery environments is essential.


Chief Steward / Hygiene Manager

You’ll oversee stewarding operations and hygiene compliance. The role includes managing sanitation protocols, inventory of cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance, ensuring a spotless and safe environment. A strong understanding of HACCP and food safety systems is required, with leadership experience in high-end venues preferred.
