We are looking for a skilled Junior Sushi Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious Japanese restaurant in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hotel. 

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end Japanese restaurant (UAE experience/based in UAE).

- Prior experience in a 5-star hotel environment. 

- Strong knowledge of food health and safety standards. 

- Passion for Japanese cuisine and dedication to quality.
