Looking for a dedicated and experienced

- JR sous chef (cold kitchen ) Asian nationality 
- sous chef hot kitchen 
- CDP Pastry 
- Demi chef (Ala carte ) 
- commis (Breakfast ) 

to join our team and help lead daily kitchen operations to the highest standards to join Asap, Hurawalhi Kudadoo Maldives 

Responsibilities: Executive sous chef 

Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food consistently
Ensure quality control, portion sizing, and food presentation align with our standards
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal offerings
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Formal culinary education preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume service and maintain quality under pressure
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food
