Job Posting – Sous Chef (Contemporary Mediterranean Fine Dining)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Padma Hotel Semarang. This role will lead our contemporary :

- fine dining kitchen,
- with a focus on *Mediterranean flavors, 
- grilled specialties, 
- and artisanal pasta.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations in the fine dining outlet.

- Develop and execute seasonal menus with Mediterranean influence.

- Ensure high standards of food presentation, taste, and hygiene.

- Mentor and train junior chefs to foster culinary excellence.

- Collaborate closely with Executive Chef and F&B team.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fine dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, grilling, and pasta-making.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and team-driven.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
