The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to take charge of a brigade of over 20 chefs across multiple Venues at the prestigious Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
About the Role
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, driving culinary excellence, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all venues within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage a team of 20+ chefs across multiple kitchen outlets
-Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
-Oversee kitchen operations, budgeting, inventory, and staff training
-Collaborate with senior leadership on menu development and innovation
-Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef
-Proven ability to lead and inspire a large kitchen team
-Strong organizational and communication skills
