I am on a quest to find exceptional Passione and talented H&S supervisor
at IHG Bintan, Indonesia: 

- This position will report directly to the Chief Steward in charge and Executive  Sous Chef.
- Must have vast knowledge about HACCP
- Ideally has experience abroad in Dubai, Qatar or Cruiseline industry
- Must be able to daily inspection in all outlets
- Train the Chefs in regard to proper hygiene practices
- compile daily and monthly report
- keep track of any incidents H&S related
- Flexible employee to work all shifts including weekends and PH
- INDONESIAN NATIONALS ONLY
