Act Hotel & Hotel 72 Sharjah, a prestigious 5-star property in the heart of Sharjah, is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- Design, deliver, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and operational processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of HR leadership experience in the hospitality sector (UAE experience is a must).
-Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record of building strong teams and driving employee engagement.
