We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking F&B Manager to lead and oversee three unique outlets at our cliffside resort in Candidasa, East Bali. This is a full-time, on-site role for a strong leader who combines operational excellence with creativity and guest-focused vision.

The F&B Manager will be responsible for all aspects of food & beverage operations across our restaurants and bars, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and profitability. You will guide and inspire outlet managers and their teams, streamline vendor relations and supply chain logistics, and actively collaborate on concept development, promotions, and high-profile events. This role demands a balance of hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications
• Strong operational knowledge of both restaurant and bar service standards
