Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic, high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency at all times.
• Support senior chefs in daily operations.
• Guide and train junior team members when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef (DCDP or equivalent).
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
