Park Hyatt Maldives is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to lead and inspire our culinary team, serving 51 luxury villas in one of the world’s most unique destinations.
Lead and inspire:
- Proven experience in luxury resorts or remote locations
- Strong leadership, organizational & multitasking skills
- Exceptional culinary background with creativity & consistency
- Solid knowledge of menu planning, costing & training
- Chinese speaker preferred
