Position: Sous Chef
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in reputable fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Strong background in modern European/Asian cuisine
• Proven ability in kitchen management, cost control, and maintaining high culinary standards
• Leadership skills to train and manage a multicultural kitchen team
• Knowledge of Dubai food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent quality at scale
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

• Willingness to support menu development and training of junior staff
