1. Pide & Pizza Chef (CDP Level)
Requirements
• Proven skill in authentic Turkish pide and Italian pizza preparation
• Strong dough handling, fermentation, and baking knowledge (stone/wood oven)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5★ hotels or luxury restaurants
• Passion for consistency, creativity, and hygiene standards

• Prepare and bake premium pide and pizza for buffet and à la carte operations

2. Cold Kitchen Sous Chef
Requirements
• Strong background in Garde Manger / Cold Kitchen leadership
• Expertise in salads, dressings, canapés, cold cuts, and artistic buffet presentation
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including leadership in luxury or all-inclusive hotels
• Excellent communication and team-training abilities
