BAKED. Indonesia is looking for a:
- Head Baker / Pastry – Production Supervisor
to ensure smooth daily production, consistent quality, and efficient coordination across teams.
What You will Do:
- Plan and oversee daily bakery & pastry production operations
- Assign tasks to bakers based on workload and production priorities
- Ensure all recipes and production processes are followed consistently
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain product standards
- Coordinate with the Purchasing team on ingredient availability
- Coordinate with Procurement on outlet deliveries and wholesale orders
- Provide operational support during unplanned or emergency situations
- Support production forecasting and capacity planning
