We are looking for a talented, professional female Sous Chef to join a private luxury household. The role involves assisting the Head Chef in daily culinary operations, executing refined menus, and ensuring exceptional quality and discretion at all times.
Position Available:
Private Sous Chef - Full time
Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi / Dubai) With international travel.
Environment: Private luxury residence

Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in menu execution and daily meal preparation.
- Prepare international, Mediterranean, and healthy cuisine with creative flair.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and presentation.
- Manage ingredient prep, storage, and freshness control.
- Assist in menu planning and dietary adaptations (when required).
- Uphold privacy, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
- Prepare international, Mediterranean, and healthy cuisine with creative flair.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and presentation.
- Manage ingredient prep, storage, and freshness control.
- Assist in menu planning and dietary adaptations (when required).

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in luxury hospitality or private households.
- Strong skills in fine dining, plating, and healthy cuisine.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and flexibility with schedules and availability for frequent travel.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Female candidates only (as per household requirements).
