 - Expertise in menu development, cost control, inventory, kitchen systems, and vendor management
 - Passion for innovation, high presentation standards, and seamless service quality
 - Familiarity with luxury F&B operations and adherence to hygiene & safety protocols
 - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
 - High-end experience
 - Good attitude & behavior
 - Eye for detail
