Role Summary:

Looking for an exciting opportunity as a BusinessDevelopment Manager in Kuala Lumpur? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving business growth. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires 30% travel to Singapore and 60% within Malaysia, offering you the chance to explore different markets and expand your horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to the Country Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia (60%) and Singapore (30%).
- Fluent in English and local languages.
