How to make Tartar Sauce

Creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor — this homemade Tartar Sauce is a must for seafood!

Perfect for fried fish, crab cakes, or shrimp.

Ingredients:

• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp finely chopped pickles (or relish)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp capers, chopped
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper

 1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, capers, mustard, dill, garlic powder, and pepper.

 2. Stir until well combined.
