How to make Classic Greek Salad Dressing

Dressing is a liquid mixture, often containing oil, vinegar, and herbs, added to food, especially salads 

or a sauce for salads, a stuffing for roasts, a material used to cover wounds, or even the act of preparing an object for decoration or presentation.

Ingredients:

•  ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
•  ¼ cup red wine vinegar
•  1 lemon, juiced
•  2 cloves garlic, minced
•  1 tsp dried oregano
•  ½ tsp dried basil
•  1 tsp honey
•  ½ tsp Dijon mustard
•  ½ tsp salt
•  ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1.  In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
2.  Add garlic, oregano, basil, honey, and Dijon mustard.
3.  Season with salt and pepper.
4.  Shake vigorously until well combined.
5.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Perfect for traditional Greek salads with feta, olives, cucumbers, and tomatoes!
