We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen at Lemon Garden, our signature all-day dining outlet. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creativity to the plate, and inspires their team to consistently deliver excellence.

You will be responsible for:

● Overseeing daily kitchen operations at Lemon Garden
● Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and presentation are top-notch
● Managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
● Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing culinary team
● Continuously enhancing guest satisfaction through menu innovation and service excellence


We’re looking for someone with international hotel experience, strong leadership skills, and a drive to elevate the dining experience.
