Kohantei restaurant's offering a multi wagyu Kaiseki food in Dubai, very Japanese authentical. We are team of 5 chefs and I have supervised and leading this team.

Meet:
-Strong leadership, inventory management, flexible working hours, LPO ordering system, food cost control.
- experience in sushi, sashimi and wagyu is a must;
- at least 10 years experience in japanese cuisine;

Balance:
- good pay;
