What’s this role about?
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the kitchen flow, ensuring smooth service, and making sure every dish is plated like a piece of art.
What you’ll be doing:
– Preparing cold, hot dishes and desserts using top kitchen equipment
– Following seasonal menu recipes
– Keeping your section spotless and following hygiene standards
– Ensuring food quality and presentation are always at their best
– Supporting the team with inventory, stock levels and par control
– Gathering guest feedback and contributing to continuous improvement
– Treating kitchen equipment like a pro to avoid downtime
– Working within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen schedule
– Following seasonal menu recipes

Who you are:
Previous experience as a chef (minimum 2 years)
Confident with fish, seafood, meats, pastas — even the wild combos
A team player with ambition, neatness, and high responsibility
Fluent in English
Aware of allergens and kitchen safety
Curious, open to training and tastings
Positive, hands-on, and hungry to grow
