I am looking for some talented to join our Culinary Team.

- Steakhouse Chef de cuisine / Sous chef
- Butchery Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Demi Chef

Skill Requirements and Skills:
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
- Reading, writing and verbal skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP.
- Competent computer skills including Office 365 or equivalent
- Able to provide constructive input to Chef de Cuisine/Jr. Chef de Cuisine and annual assessment to Demi Chef de Partie and Cook I & II.
- Drive proactive, efficient and effective interdepartmental communication within and outside the Food and Beverage division to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
- Strong knowledge in using a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, performance management systems and processes, attention to detail and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
