We are looking for a passionate and creative *Sous Chef* to join our dynamic culinary team at *Padma Hotel Semarang*.
This role will lead our *contemporary fine dining kitchen*, with a focus on *Mediterranean flavors*, *grilled specialties*, and *artisanal pasta
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations in the fine dining outlet.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus with Mediterranean influence.
- Ensure high standards of food presentation, taste, and hygiene.
- Mentor and train junior chefs to foster culinary excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chef and F&B team.
