HONEY-BALSAMIC 

How to make HONEY-BALSAMIC GLAZE

Balsamic is a dark, concentrated vinegar with a sweet and tangy flavor, made primarily from grape and taste  bold, sweet, and tangy.

INGREDIENTS:

• ½ cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra depth)
• Pinch of sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar and honey.
 2. Stir continuously and bring to a gentle boil.
 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8–10 minutes, or until thickened into a glaze consistency.
 4. Remove from heat. Stir in Dijon mustard if using.
 5. Cool before using. Drizzle over sushi, grilled vegetables, cheese, or fruit.
