Ingredients:
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper.
2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
3. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water into a slurry.
4. Stir slurry into the sauce and simmer until thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
5. Use immediately or let cool and refrigerate in an airtight container
