Must-Have Qualifications for Head Chef Role:

• Culinary Experience: Minimum 5 years as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
• Cuisine Background: Strong experience in Mediterranean and European cuisine.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, all-day dining setting.
• Dubai Experience: Previous experience in Dubai is recommended, but not mandatory.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a kitchen team
