I heard about your company through a current employee, Ahmad Dhania, who was a previous co-worker of mine at Double W company. Thereafter, I started to wonder more about your company. Then I saw your post on job board name and I got excited. So, after reviewing the position. I felt qualified to fulfill this position and excited about the possibility of joining such a reputable company

Why do you want to leave your current job?
Answer:
For
the last two years I have been working for Double W company as a chef. I do
enjoy working at my current job. And, while it was a great learning experience
and I enjoyed contributing to the team. However, advancement opportunities are
scare at my current job. Now. I’m looking for more responsibility with new and
fresh challenges to keep my career continually moving in a forward direction

For the last two years I have been working for double W company as chef de partie. In that position, I was responsible for handling and lead generation for kitchen team. I was also assigned to elevate company standards, achieve and meet expectations.
During my tenure, I completed various professional and vocation training organized by the company. Which then, I was able to complete the goal using my own methods of sales technique.

fresher:
After
completing my accounting degree, I was hired straight away as an intern at ABCD
company where I learned many accounting basic. Now that I am certified with a
master’s degree program and have all those volunteer hours under my belt. I feel
well prepared to apply for a full-time work where I can gain more experience
and expose my talent for the betterment of the company

What is your greatest weakness?
Answer:
I
felt that my greatest weakness is that sometimes I will be too honest with coworkers
and my team members when I provide feedback at work. I am naturally very straightforward
and most of my colleagues value that, but I have learned that there are times
on the job when more diplomacy is required.
So, I attended a training class on conflict management which helped me to understand the ways to communicate differently with different people in a different situation. So now I have improved my level of providing constructive feedback at work.

Since I am fresher, I am looking for a position and exposure that finds a good fit for my interest ang skills. I would accept a competitive salary that best fits the industry standard
